Thank you for shopping with NOEMÍ. The following outlines everything you need to know about how we ship your order. If you have any questions not addressed here, please reach out through our Contact page.

Shipping Scope

NOEMÍ ships exclusively within the United States and its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Production Time

Every NOEMÍ piece is made by hand, one at a time. Each order requires approximately 1–2 weeks of production time before it is ready to ship. Larger orders containing multiple items may require additional time beyond this window, as each piece is crafted individually.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been completed and handed to USPS. Please allow the full production window before expecting this notification.

Shipping Options

All delivery timeframes below are estimated transit times and begin after your order has completed production. Your total delivery window is order production time plus the shipping transit time for your selected service.

At checkout, you may select from the following USPS shipping services:

USPS Ground Advantage — estimated transit of 2–5 business days from the date of shipment

USPS Priority Mail — estimated transit of 2–3 business days from the date of shipment

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and applicable order fulfillment costs. All estimated transit times are projections provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. NOEMÍ is not responsible for delays attributable to USPS, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly at usps.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We will make every effort to correct the address before your order ships. Once an order has been handed to USPS, address corrections cannot be guaranteed.

In the event that your order is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error made by USPS, please contact us immediately. We will file a misdelivery claim with USPS on your behalf and work with you toward a resolution.

NOEMÍ is not responsible for orders that are delayed, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or, at your preference, issue a refund for the purchase price of the items exclusive of original shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated transit window, please reach out through our Contact page. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in investigating the matter with USPS. Please have your order number and tracking number available when you contact us.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to USPS. NOEMÍ’s liability with respect to lost shipments is limited to reasonable assistance in pursuing a carrier investigation.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph clearly showing the damage. We will review your claim and work with you toward a resolution. For complete terms, please refer to our Return Policy.
